I work from a trauma-informed, relational, collaborative, and intersectional lens, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. Here are some of the ways we can work together:
Individual Therapy

A one-on-one space where you can show up just as you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s on your heart and mind at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you're navigating challenges or simply wanting to strengthen your relationships, this is a space to build deeper understanding and connection.
Couples’ / Family Counselling
Community can be a powerful part of healing. I offer a variety of supportive groups, including DBT skills groups, mindfulness-based groups, and art therapy groups, designed to help you build insight, connection, and new tools for navigating life.
